Our company is a worldwide end-to-end photovoltaic installations provider. That includes services such as pile driving, construction assembling and module mounting. Pile driving
Our fleet contains all the machinery for project of solar farm realization is needed. That includes GAYK piling rigs, bobcats, wheel loaders, transportation vehicles etc. With each rig we are able to pile from 500 – 700 piles per day, depending on soil conditions. That makes our job more efficient, as usually we exceed expectations of progress scheduled by client, which results in saving of our and our clients costs. Ramming is usually provided by commonly used ramming profiles, but we can also react quickly by securing any other type according to customers needs. We always do our best to finalize project on time and guarantee customer satisfaction.
Construction assembling
When all piles are in the ground, building of modules supporting structure follows. Our team is well equiped with all the accesories that this type of work needs. Led by proffesionals, we can built any type of construction, from that we are experienced in, to new challenges that brings new ones. When it comes to time efficiency, one group of 6 people can build 1 Mwp of construction in less then a week. Satisfaction of our clients is our top priority. Therefore we make sure our projects are completed on time, quickly, and of the highest quality.
Module mounting
Next step in process of building solar farm is module mounting. The current power output of one module usually vary from about 330 watts up to 700 watts. As more precise construction built is, as easier module installation goes. High quality standards and quickness are factors that count, and that is is what we put our emphasis on. After recalculating each of our team member can install 150-250 modules per day, depending on construction type.
Electrical installations
Our company is able to take over all electrical installations too. With our electrician team, we are able to cover all works from the string cabling of modules, inverters connections, to low and medium voltage connections of the trafostations. Even all the other parts as earthing installations or TS foundation preparation is professionaly supported by our team.
